  Causative Agent: Opistorchiasis

  Laboratory Diagnosis: Stool examination, and serological tests

  Intermediate Host/s: 2nd IH = Fish

  Clinical manifestation:

  = Cholangiocarcinoma

  = Hepatocellular carcinoma

  Treatment:

  = Praziquantel (most effective)

  = Albendazole (Low cost)

  = Combination of two drugs (for light or less infection)
