  It's good for short messages such as reminders for appoitments. It doesn't require an interent connection to recieve messages.

  It can cost to send per message and its limited to short messages with no multimedia.

  A high bandwidth connection is required to send and receive information. A poor connection can result in a low quality video

  Users can share information visually such as designs. Can be used for interviews as it allows the applicants and the interviewers to see each other and look for body language.
