• Blood glucose levels rise after u eat
• The pancreas secretes insulin in to the Blood
• Liver cells respond to the amount of insulin and absorb the extra glucose from the blood and convert glucose into insoluble Glycogen which is then stored
• Blood glucose concentration decreases, returning to normal
