  • Technical – follows certain predictable patterns, such as observing formal
  • and professional manner of presenting when in the business or industry
  • WHAT IS THE COMMUNICATION PROCESS?
  • It is the exchange of information between two or more
  • Both participants must be able to exchange information and
  • understand one another, in order for communication to
  • Communication will fail if the flow of information is blocked
  • OR the participants cannot understand one another
  • COMPONENTS OF COMMUNICATION
  • – this is where the process of communication begins
  • - also known as the “source”
  • - has the information that will be shared to the others
  • - the information has to be encoded in a format that the
  • others will understand
  • Example: newscaster, social media influencer

  • - the person to whom the message is directed
  • - must be able to receive the information from the
  • other party and encode or interpret it

  • -this is the information that the sender wants to relay to the
