Empire, Racism and Colonisation

  There is a lack of understanding on both sides of the Empire. Yet the British is due to their ignorance, and the Indian due to their mistreatment by the colonisers.

  No matter how educated or wealthy you were, British people would have always seen non-white people as less.

  British people looked down upon non-white people as less than or even subhuman.
