    • Sacrament: Baptism
      The sacrament through which people become members of the Church. It involves the use of water as a symbol of the washing away of sin.

      Catholics believe in the 'real presence' of Christ's body and blood in the Eucharist, unlike Protestants who see the bread and wine as symbolic
