• Reduce: use less of

• Repair: restore somthing to a former state
• Refuse: to say no
• Rethink: to think about again

• 4 types of production:

  • One off: you ask for one custom product
  • Batch: you ask for and make 200 of a product
  • Mass: made is large numbers, e.g. cars, phones
  • Continuous: made 24/7 no rest, e.g. electricity
• Thermoplastic polymer: bends over and over again with heat
• Thermosetting polymer: bends once with heat
• finite resource: somthing that will run out
• isometric drawing: 3 dimensional drawings
