There is always the voice of God telling us to love and to do what is good and to avoid evil – law inscribed by God in man's heart
We have to listen to our conscience/budhi/konsensya
All cultures recognize/believe that all person has conscience, however, some are manhid na coz they get used to doing such thing

Lax conscience
Tends to follow the easy way and to find excuses for omissions and mistakes; lax conscience (manhid na konsensya); result of habitual sin; "I am human born to commit mistakes"
Erroneous conscience
Judges what is really bad as good according to a false interpretation of the moral principles; cares little for what is true and good; e.g. tama for you and abortion; you look at something wrong as right and vice versa
Doubtful conscience
If it is in a state of uncertainty as to the lawfulness or obligation of an action; in doubt; you do not know whether your actions are right or wrong; the action must be postponed until certainty can be reached
Informed conscience
One which has the proper knowledge of evil and good
