• 1)white light placed at specific distance from pond weed
• 2) pondweed left to perform photosynthesis for a set amount of time. as this happened the oxygen released will collect in capillary tubes
• 3) at end the syringe is used to draw gas bubbles. the length of the gas bubble is measured this is proportional to the volume of O2
