• Reduction in size of orchestra
• Contributions from a range of American and British dancers and choreographers outside of the company.
• reduction in size of company (from 30 to 18)
• Preservation of best original traditional ballet works.
• Creation of new works- wider variety and more creativity.
• In addition to ballet, the inclusion of modern dance i.e Graham technique.
• Move to cheaper premises (church hall in action).
• All dancers are now ensemble- no 'hierarchy'.
• Performing regular seasons in London and a tour schedule elsewhere.
• Workshops to build understanding and appreciation of new works.
