• What is the difference between a LEAD School and LEAD Provincial Conference and why should you participate in both?

  LEAD Provincial Conferences are conducted annually for each Province in Spring, and they include educational sessions, a banquet, and a provincial council meeting. LEAD Schools are scheduled across the country in Fall and include numerous educational sessions. Both focus on personal, professional, leadership, and fraternal development.
• What is the Chapter Management Program? What are the three levels a chapter can achieve? What level is every chapter expected to achieve?


  The Chapter Management Program is the method of formal communication between collegiate chapters and the national Fraternity. The three levels a chapter can achieve are Accredited Chapter, Chapter of Recognition, and Chapter of Excellence. All chapters are expected to achieve the first level, Accredited Chapter.
• Explain the Educational and Leadership Consultant program in your own words.


  The program involves staff members who visit chapters to provide help and training through business meetings/discussions about important functions of the fraternity, such as recruitment, professionalism, alumni relations, DEI, and service events.
• To whom is the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship awarded?

  It is awarded to the graduating seniors in commerce, business administration, or economics who rank highest in each class (Deltasig or not)

• In your own words, define the ideal member.


  The ideal member is a student committed to the Fraternity and is willing to go above and beyond to uphold the standards and expectations of their role. Not only do they show dedication to the organization, but also show kindness and respect to others. Lots of effort is put in so that they get the most out of their time as a Deltasig.

  You can withdraw your own motion only if it unanimously decided or that majority votes, so yes, a vote is needed.
