• Biodiversity is coined from the word "biological diversity"
• An organism is a part of biodiversity; their produce are source of food, medicine, clothing, shelter, and energy
• The three types of biodiversity are genetic, species, and ecosystem.
• Species is a group of organisms makes a population with the basic unit known as species
• Genetic diversity- pertains to yhe difference in the genetic composition of each organisms
• Ecosystem diversity - concerns the different kinds of places where organisms lived and the interconnections that bind these organisms together
