  Individuals like mdm malligesvari who is an elderly herself can better understand and relate to the elderly and give them better advice on how to lead a healthy lifestyle

  she can also inspire others like teenagers to also volunteer and there will be more volunteers, helping and contributing to society

  RSVP singapore-> senior volunteers who help socially isolated seniors, mentally disadvantaged and at risk children from low income families

  community groups like RSVP provide a platform for volunteers to reach out and work with beneficiaries

  Govt has extensive resources, they can provide financial support to community groups. they can also use resources to fine-tune operations of community groups. e.g. ncss developed a volunteer management toolkit 2.0 to provide a framework on how to manage volunteers effectively-> so more volunteers would want to continue volunteering

  ->gv can work tgt with citizens through engagement platforms like REACH reaching everyone for active citizenry. citizens can give feedback

  citizens offter inputs that gov failed to do so. these inputs and improve policies.
