Seven basic principles of exercise;
Individuality
Specificity
Overload
Adaptation
Recovery
Reversibility
Every one is different and responds differently to training
Individuality
Exercise should be specific to the your goals, needs and capabilities.
Specificity
To improve your level of fitness, you need to gradually increase both the intensity and duration of your physical training routine.
Progression
A system must be exercised at a level beyond which it is presently accustomed for a training effect to occur.
Overload
It means that your body can adjust to any burden as long as it is done in small increments (increase, bal.)
Adaptation
Rest and recovery are
required to allow the body
time
to adapt to exercise.
Recovery
The beneficial effects of training begin to be lost as soon as training stops. (kaya tuloy lang raw always. consistency ba. eme)
