    Progression
  • A system must be exercised at a level beyond which it is presently accustomed for a training effect to occur.
    Overload
  •  It means that your body can adjust to any burden as long as it is done in small increments (increase,bal.)
    Adaptation
  • Rest and recovery are required to allow the body time to adapt to exercise.
