  • Self-concept - (Carl Rogers), one’s idea about him/herself particularly toward his/her unique personality or OWN perception.
  • Ideal self - the person that you would like to be

  • Body - Constitutes our physical features, health,
    poisture, and poise.
  • Thoughts - The way we look and how we perceived
    the world around us.
  • Feelings - Your experiences prompt you to act and
    behave the way you do
  • Identity - Makes up your personality and
    characteristics that essentially distinguishes you
  • Strength - an activity that makes you feel strong or something you’re good at.
  • Weakness - an activity  that you do not like or find difficulty in doing.
  • Self-esteem - feeling of VALUE OR WORTH that you have about yourself.
  • Adolescence -  transition from childhood to adulthood.
  • Habits - these are the things that REGULARLY influence your character.
