    • inefficient extension phase
    • Soleus and gastrocnemius weakness - cant pull ankle into plantarflexion
    • Hip and knee extensors weakness - cant lift body up
    • Tibialis anterior weakness - works eccentrically acting as an antagonist to soleus and gastrocnemius
