  60ml Tequila Blanco

  30ml Kahlua

  Procedure: BUILD

  Pour the Kahlua and Tequila into an old-fashioned glass/rock glass with

  ice.

  Ingredients:

  30ml Tequila

  30ml Kahlua

  Procedure: BUILD

  Pour the Kahlua and Tequila into an old-fashioned glass/rock glass with

  ice.

• JUAN/JOSE COLLINS

  Ingredients:

  30ml Tequila

  30ml Calamansi/Lemon Juice

  15ml Simple Syrup/Gomme Syrup

  60ml/To Fill Soda Water

  Procedure: BUILD

  Build all ingredients into a Collins Glass with ice, and add soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon and cherry in the drink.

  Garnish: Lemon and Red Cherry in the drink
• MARGARITA

  Ingredients:

  30ml Tequila

  15ml Triple Sec

  15ml Lemon or Lime Juice

  Procedure: SHAKE

  Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

  Shake well and strain into a salted-rimmed margarita glass.

  Garnish with a slice of Lemon on the rim

  Ingredients:

  50ml Tequila

  100ml Orange Juice

  Procedure: BUILD

  Fill the highball glass with ice. Add all the ingredients.

  Garnish with a slice of orange.

  Glass: Highball Glass

  Garnish: Slice of orange on the rim.
• TEQUILA SUNRISE

  Ingredients:

  30ml Tequila

  90ml Orange Juice

  5ml Grenadine Syrup

  Procedure: BUILD

  Build tequila and orange juice into a highball glass with ice.

  Then pour the grenadine allowing it to settle down in the bottom to achieve two colored drinks. Do not stir.

  Garnish with a slice of orange and Red Cherry on the rim.

  Garnish: Slice of Orange and Cherry on the rim
• TEQUILA SUNSET

  Ingredients:

  30ml Tequila

  15ml Blackberry Brandy/Rum

  90ml Orange Juice

  Procedure: BUILD

  Build tequila and orange juice into a highball glass with ice.

  Then pour the Blackberry Brandy/Rum allowing it to settle down in the bottom to achieve two colored drinks. Do not stir.

  Garnish with slice of orange and Red Cherry on the rim.
