  1. 2cm3 of amylase solution(37degree) at Ph 5.0 to test tube
  2. add 2cm3 of starch solution to the same test tube
  3. start timer
  4. remove one drop of amylase after 30 seconds
  5. test the drop for starch
  6. remove a drop of amylase every 30 second until no starch
  7. record total time taken for no starch
  8. repeat using amylase solution at different pHs
