The water cycle

• Evaporation occurs when heat from the sun causes water to change into vapor.
• Condensation water vapour it will cool down and condense to form water droplets
• Precipitation As cloud get thicker and contain more water they appear grey less light can pass through
• The fresh water from precipitation provides fresh water for plants and animals before it eventually drains back into the sea
• Transpiration is the process by which plants lose water through their leaves as vapour
