4. a paralysed man

• 1. a few days later when jesus entered capernaum the people heard he had come. They gathered in such large numbers there was no room left. four men came carrying a paralysed man. Since they could not get him to jesus they made an opening in the roof above jesus and lowered the mat the man was lying on. when jesus say their faith he said “son your sins are forgiven”
• 2. some teachers of the law were there thinking “why does this fellow talk like that? he’s blaspheming!“ aImmediately jesus knew what was in their hearts and he said “which is easier to say “your sins are forgiven or to say get up take your mat and walk. but i want you to know that the son of man has authority to forgive sins”. so he said to the man ”get up take your mat and go home”
