It is a punishment for sin, it is eternally separated from God. Place of torture and torment

Jesus rose 3 days later on Easter Sunday. Proved he was the son of God, that sin is forgiven & heaven exists
Salvation
Jesus died to restore the relationship between God and humans. Humans can be saved & go to heaven

He is the saviour and the Messiah. He died for human sins. He is fully human and fully divine. He performed miracles
The Ascension
40 days after the resurrection Jesus rose body and soul to heaven on a cloud. He is seated at Gods right hand
Grace
Gods unconditional love- some believe this will save us from sin. 'It is by grace you have been saved through Faith'
Creation
God created the world ex-nihilo (from nothing) in six days. He rested on the seventh. He made humans in his image
Life after Death
Christians believe they can go to heaven if they believe in God, do good deeds, follow the law & repent/forgive others
Alternative Salvation
Can be achieved through repentance and forgiveness of others. 'Forgive those who trespass against us"

Christians must repent for their sin, and make amends. They must forgive others so they can be forgiven

God gave Jews Free Will, Jews are God's chosen people, and therefore he cares for and protects them. Gave them the mitzvot out of love

God is a fair and just judge
God treats Jews with compassion as they are his chosen people
God is forgiving in nature
Messiah
Jews believe in a human male messiah. He will be a charismatic leader, know the Torah and return Jews to Israel. He will rebuild the temple and bring a time of peace. Anointed by God

Olam Haba – the World to come; the messianic age will be a time of peace
