textual evidences

• textual evidence - the details given by the author in order to support his/her claims
• there are 4 textual evidence ways in writings:

  paraphrasing, summarizing, referencing, quoting
• paraphrasing - restating the meaning of a text in your own words
• summarizing - stating text in a shorter way
• referencing - mentioning a specific section
• quoting - directly restating a part of the text
