    • Your dress shouldn't look too flashy or too formal, except if there is an event

    • Some museums have coffee areas, the only areas you are allowed to eat
    • In galleries, it is only appropriate to eat during openings and cocktails are usually served
    • You aren't allowed to bring drinks & foods during your check over the paintings or artwork
  • When Taking Photos?

    • It is allowed to take pictures inside the museum & galleries, however it is forbidden to take pictures with flash on, because it might affect the vibrancy of the artwork

    • In museums, many paintings and artifacts are deeply generated for the depictions of some of the most important parts of a country or region, hence our behaviors should also be properly coordinated
    • Be respectful and act with manners towards all the artworks
  • Talking and Jesting
    • It is okay to talk and discuss about some artworks, but if your voice is louder than normal then it could distract and disturb other gallery visitors
  • Touching
    • Some contemporary arts these days are meant to be touched but most works are not, because it can affect the chemical properties of a painting or sculpture

    • We can see all of the elements of art
    • We look for the artwork's design, physical appearance
  • Subject matters

    • What is the artist tackling about?
    • It is the topic or theme of the artwork
  • Composition
    • Arrangement of objects
    • Consider all the location/direction of where the artist wants their art to be placed, because it might hint at what they want us to see/imagine/think about their artwork

    • The message of the artist
    • All artworks have their own meaning of what the artist wants us to see, it has more/deeper meaning behind it

    • It is an artwork of a woman sitting alone, looking sad, exhausted, and abused, suffocated, and there are three men together, talking, and looking at the woman. This artwork has a deep meaning aligned with the Philippines and its people during the Spanish Colonial Era in which the woman represents/depicts the Philippines and the three men represent the three illustrado that want to help our country that is abused by Spaniards
