  • (3) RULES IN CREATING
    QUALITY CONTENT
    Informative
    Interesting
    Relevant
  • involves people who work independently to achieve its goal
    Group
  • works interdependently where each member has a specific role or function. Thus, the team interacts dynamically and adoptively to reach its common goal.
    Team
    • refers to the creation of an individual team or the creation of a multi-system.
    • It is an essential component of the teamwork process.
    Team Structure
  • means individuals work together to produce/ create a well-defined content to achieve a common business purpose.
    Collaboration
  • The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities.
    Project Management
  • 5 PHASES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    Initiating
    Planning
    Executing
    Monitoring & Controlling
    Closing
  • An overview of the objectives of the project, needs, and the problem is identified. It is where you create the project charter with the Project Manager assigned to the project.
    Initiating
  • This is where a successful project conclusion is worked out by the project manager and the project team. The team brainstorms the ICT theme to be published, together with the collaborative tools and online platforms to be used.
    Planning
  • This is where the project team goes about executing the project plan once the project plan has been constructed. The curation of ICT content may occur in this phase for quality assurance. Content writers and editors are essential in this phase. After all the preparation has been done, publishing the ICT content online may now take place.
    Executing
  • This is where the project manager monitors and controls the work for a time, cost, scope, quality, risk, and other factors while the project is being executed. It is also an ongoing process that ensures that the project meets its focus for each project objective. Other members, primarily the web developer, may work in this phase collaboratively with the project manager.

    Monitoring & Controlling
  • This happens when each phase is ended and when each entire project is concluded. It happens to ensure that all the work has been finished, completed, and approved.
    Closing
  • STEPS IN CREATING AND CHOOSING VALUABLE ICT CONTENT
    DEFINE YOUR OBJECTIVES
    RESEARCH AND ANALYZE
ORGANIZE THE STRUCTURE OF YOUR ARTICLE
    SUMMARIZE AND PROOFREAD
  • specify the main goal that needs to be promoted in your content.
    DEFINE YOUR OBJECTIVES
  • extract information from different resources regarding the topic you want to write.
    RESEARCH AND ANALYZE
  • give an overview of your topic to help readers understand what your topic is.
ORGANIZE THE STRUCTURE OF YOUR ARTICLE
  • create a summary of the information you have gathered and analyzed to make sure your article is free of graphical errors.
    SUMMARIZE AND PROOFREAD
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
are used for high-quality printing and can contain both vector and raster elements.
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)
are widely used for web icons, logos, and other scalable graphics.
  • PDF (Portable Document Format)
    • While not exclusively for images, these can contain vector graphics.
  • are constructed from curves and lines and can be resized without loss of quality.
    Vector images
    • is the industry-standard image editor that is used to create, design and edit vector images (though it can also incorporate raster images, as well).
    Adobe Illustrator
  • Examples of Vector Images form:
    PDF
    SVG
    EPS
  • RAW (Raw Image Formats)

    • These are unprocessed image files captured directly from a camera sensor.
  • Al (Adobe Illustrator Document)
are vector-based and used for scalable graphics.
  • PSD (Photoshop Document)

    • are native to Adobe Photoshop and contain layers, making them suitable for editing.
  • TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)
    • are used for high-quality images and professional printing.
    • A newer format developed by Google that combines lossless and lossy compression.
    • It provides good quality with smaller file sizes.
    WEBP
  • GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)

are also lossless and support animations. They are commonly used for short animations or simple graphics.
  • PNG (Portable Network Graphics)

are lossless formats, meaning you can edit them without losing quality.
    • often used for logos, symbols, and images with transparent backgrounds
    • are sharper than JPEGs and great for text-based images.
  • JPEG OR JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)

    • are the most used image file type on the web.
    • They use lossy compression, which significantly reduces file size while maintaining image quality.
    • are ideal for web use and when the image doesn't contain text.
  • Raster images
are made of pixels and are static.
  • EXAMPLES OF RASTER IMAGES FORM:
    • JPEG/JPG
    • RAW
    • PNG
    • GIF
    • WEBP
    • TIFF
    • PSD
    • Al
    • Adobe Photoshop
is the industry-standard image editor that is used to create, design and edit raster images as well as to add effects, shadows and textures to existing
