  • BELLINI
    Ingredients:
    90ml Champagne or Sparkling Wine
    30ml Fresh Peach Puree
    Procedure: BUILD
    Pour peach puree into chilled glass, and gently add chilled sparkling wine. Stir gently.
    Glass: Champagne Flute Glass
  • BUCK'S FIZZ
    Ingredients:
    90ml Chilled Champagne
    30ml Orange Juice
    Procedure: BUILD
    Pour Orange juice into flute and gently pour Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine. Stir Gently.
    Glass: Champagne Flute Glass
  • CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
    Ingredients:
    90ml Chilled Champagne
    15ml Brandy
    2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
    1pc. Sugar Cube
    Procedure: BUILD
    Put the sugar at the Champagne saucer. Add the angostura bitters.
    When the sugar is dissolve add the brandy. Then, fill the champagne and brandy.
    Glass: Champagne saucer
    Garnish: Orange slice and Cherry on the rim
  • KIR
    Ingredients:
    90ml Chilled Dry White Wine
    10ml Crème de Cassis
    Procedure: BUILD
    Pour the wine into the Crème de Cassis in a white wine glass.
    Glass: White Wine Glass
  • KIR ROYALE
    Ingredients:
    90ml Champagne
    10ml Crème de Cassis
    Procedure: BUILD
    Pour the champagne into the Crème de Cassis in a champagne flute glass.
    Glass: Champagne flute glass
  • MIMOSA
    Ingredients:
    60ml Orange Juice
    60ml Champagne
    Procedure: STIR
    Pour Orange juice into champagne flute gently pour
    Sparkling wine. Stir gently. Garnish with Orange twist. (Optional).
    Glass: Flute Glass
    Garnish: Twist of orange
  • PORTO FLIP
    Ingredients:
    30ml Brandy
    90ml Red Port
    Egg Yolk
    Procedure: SHAKE
    Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
    Strain into cocktail glass/martini glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg on top.
    Glass: Cocktail/Martini glass
    Garnish: Grated Nutmeg
  • SPRITZER
    Ingredients:
    90ml White wine
    90ml Soda water
    Procedure: BUILD
    Build all ingredients into a highball glass. Garnish with slice of lemon in the drink.
    Glass: Highball glass
    Garnish: Slice of lemon in the drink.
