  • gender neutral language - a genetic term covering the use of non-sexist language, inclusive language or gender fair language
  • this can be avoided by doing the following
    1. drop the pronoun that signifies gender and restructure the statement
    2. change the plural construction
    3. replace the masculine of feminine pronoun with (one) or (you)
