  • Sale and Supply of Vet Meds
    - Veterinary medicine regulation 2013 and Veterinary surgeons act 1966
    Selling POM-VPS/NFA-VPS legal requirement:
    - advise how to use the product safely
    - advise on any applicable warnings and contraindications on packaging or label
    - Satisfied that the recipient intends to use the medicine correctly and is competent
    -Prescribe minimum quantity for treatment
    - Must NOT sell human medicine for animals unless under cascade.
