      St Augustine - Father (lover), Son (beloved), Spirit (love itself), God sent the Holy Spirit to love his Son and all humans. Humans are dependant on God. Uses John 4 'God is love'.
      Catherine La Cugna - Spirit is the incarnation and redemption of Jesus, and it incircles the earth and makes life liveable for all humanity. God came to earth through R + I of Jesus.

      Adoration - acknowledgement that all glory belongs to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
      Thanksgiving - thanking God for his love and Kindness to humanity.

      Alleluia - 'praise God', is in every mass except Lent.
      Gloria - based on Luke 2, praise to God for all his care and love, great hymn.
