If the score becomes 29-29, the side that scores the 30th point shall win that game
When the leading score reaches 11 points, players have a 60 second interval
A 2-minute interval between each game is allowed
In the third game, players change ends when the leading score reaches 11 points
Tossing for serve
Before a match begins, opponents can toss a coin, spin a racket, or toss a shuttle to determine who shall get the choice of "serve" or "side"
Service starts from the even side of the court (right side)
Ensure no part of the leg/shoe touches any lines while serving
Serving above the waist is considered a fault
In singles, service till the second base line is allowed
In doubles, anything beyond the first base line is considered out
Serve must be executed in one smooth action without stopping mid-way
If the shuttle hits the net and falls on the opponent's side before the service line, the opponent gets the point
During the service, the server's legs must remain planted on the ground. Lifting only the heel or ankle is allowed, but dragging the feet is not permitted
The service must go beyond the short service line but within the back boundary line
The service must also land within the singles service line and the centerline
When the server's score is even, the server serves from the right service court
When the server's score is odd, the server serves from the left service court
If the server wins a rally, the server scores a point and then serves again from the alternate service court
If the receiver wins a rally, the receiver scores a point and becomes the new server. They serve from the appropriate service court – left if their score is odd, and right if it is even
The service must go beyond the short service line but within the inner long service line for doubles
The width of the service court exceeds from the centerline to the doubles sideline
In doubles, if the serving side wins a rally, the same player continues to serve, but they change service court so that they serve to the opponent in court however the opponent remains in their service court until they win a rally
At the beginning of the game and when the score is even, the server serves from the right service court. When it is odd, the server serves from the left court
If the serving side wins a rally, the serving side scores a point and the same server serves again from the alternate service court
If the receiving side wins a rally, the receiving side scores a point. The receiving side becomes the new serving side
If a player is injured during a match, they are allowed a short timeout to receive medical attention. If the injury is severe, the player may forfeit the match
