2. Cut 6 pieces of potato same diameter
3. Blot each piece of potato with a paper towel
4. Record mass of each potato
5. Pour 10cm^3 of 0.5 mol/dm^3 sugar solution into a boiling tube
6. Repeat for each mol/dm^3 sugar solution (0,1,2,3,4,5)
7. Place 6 potatoes into each boiling tube
8. Remove potatoes from solutions after 24 hours
9. Record final mass of potato and calculate the change in mass
10. Plot results in a table
