  • Behavioural- increased or decreased activity levels, apathy or agitation,
    Increased or decreased eating- restraining or binging,
    increased or decreased sleeping- sleeping most of the day or insomnia
    Aggression or self harm- shouting at family members and intentionally damaging their body.
  • Emotional- lowered mood, feeling severely upset and disengaged,
    Lowered self esteem
    Anger- irritated or full of rage,
  • Cognitive- poor concentration- not being able to focus on work,
    Negative self-schema- having a negative collection of ideas about the self
    Absolutist thinking- thinking in black and white terms- things are amazing or awful
