Worship

• Worship is an act of religious praise, honour or devotion to God
• Private worship is the worship of God in the privacy of one's own home
• It takes place on Sunday because of the resurrection
• This may involve prayer, meditation, Bible readings, singing and many more
• Non-liturgical worship is where there is no set order in a service
• Liturgical worship is a set service that follows the same patterns
