One problem in kaiser germany before WW1 was that it was very undemocratic
KaiserWilhelm II wanted to make Germany into a worldsuperpower, but he did not want to listen to anyone else's ideas or opinions.
In 1906, the Reichstag passed a law which meant that they could vote on laws without the Kaiser having to approve them first
the Kaiserappointed his own chancellor who would be responsible for running the country on behalf of him
Problematic since the kaiser was unpredicatable
Another problem was that the kaisergermany was very unpredictable
despite the fact it produced more ironsteelandcoal then britan
its workers suffered from lowwages and workingconditions
as a result they joined tradeunion and went on strike and supported a politicalparty called socialdemicrats
another problem was that Kaisers Germany was very militaristic
the armed forces encourged the Kaiser to pass navey laws that incresed the number of big battleships
They hoped the battleships would challenge the British navy and increase the size of its empire and turn Germany into a world class powerpolicy called weltpolitik
Navy laws were important since inside Germany they led to criticism that the money could have been better spent improving lives on the Germanworkers
Outside Germany they started an arms race with Britian that led to WW1
