    • unicellular organism that lives in water
    • They move around using foot-like projections called pseudopods (also used to capture food)
  • paramecium -
    •  unicellular organism that moves swiftly through the freshwater they live in
    • Covered in cilia (that act like oars on the body)
    • Euglena - microscopic organism found in water that is kind of a mixture between plant and animals
    • Can get nutrients through photosynthesis 
    • Can get nutrients by consuming algae
    • Have flagella/flagellum - tail-like structure which acts as a propeller or whip to aid in movement
