or don't do. It's a love that persists regardless of our actions or
    shortcomings.
    Unconditional Love”

    Agape Love:

of love for humanity, providing a path to forgiveness and
    salvation.
    Redemptive Love:
  • unchanging. It is not subject to fluctuation or
limitation but remains constant throughout time.
    Everlasting Love:
  • God's love is often understood in personal terms,
as a loving relationship between God and each individual
believer. This personal aspect of God's love is often emphasized
in Christian teachings and is seen as a source of comfort,
guidance, and strength in the lives of believers.

first step in the Christian journey

communicate with God, seek guidance, and express
    gratitude and worship

    Community and Fellowship
  • The Father is the lover, the Son is the loved one and the Holy
Spirit is the personification of the very act of loving.
    St.
    Augustine of Hippo
  • God the Father is depicted as the source and initiator of
    love.
He is the one who loves, pouring out His love upon creation
    and humanity
    • This understanding draws from passages in the Bible that
describe God's love as foundational and unconditional, such
as John 3:16, which states, "For God so loved the world that
he gave his one and only Son."
    The Father as the Lover
  • Jesus Christ, as the Son of God, is portrayed as the object of
    the Father's love.
He is the beloved, chosen by the Father to carry out the
    mission of salvation and reconciliation.
    • This concept is rooted in Christian belief in Jesus' divine
nature and his role in redeeming humanity through his life,
    death, and resurrection.
➢ The Son as the Loved One
  • The Holy Spirit is often described as the divine
personification or embodiment of the act of loving.
The Holy Spirit is seen as the dynamic, active presence of
God in the world, working to manifest God's love and grace
in the hearts and lives of believers
    • The Spirit empowers individuals to love God and others,
guiding them in living out the teachings of Jesus Christ
The Holy Spirit as the Personification of Loving
