  • Creation ex nihilo
    Creation out of nothing. Only God can do this.

    The process of mutation where species change in order to suit their environment.

    Made in the image of God. Humans are a unique reflection of God. For example humans can love like god

    The belief that the spirit of God guides a person to act or write what is good and true

    The belief that God is all powerful

    How god makes himself known to humans. Christians believe that Jesus is the final and full revelation of God to humans.

    The duty that humans have to care for creation and protect it for future generations rather than being consumers
  • Transcendence
    Existing outside of time and space. God is above and beyond the creation and so is like nothing else.

    Human reason making moral decisions. The god given desire within humans to do what is right and avoid what is evil

    The absence of good or seeking our own desires at the expense of others. Often this results in suffering

    The ability to choose what is right and wrong without being controlled by other sources.
  • Goodness
    The quality of being like god. Seeking wellbeing of others selflessly
  • INcarnation
    "Made flesh".The christian belief that god became man in jesus who was fully human and fully divine
  • Natural Law

    Universal and absoulte laws of right and wrong which can be discovered b all human beings at all times.
  • Privitation
    The loss or absence of something. Evil is the privitation of good#
  • Suffering
    The pain or loss which harms human beings. Suffering caused by humans is moral evil and suffering caused by nature is natural evil.
