Energy

• 1st Law-  every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled to change its state by the action of an unbalanced external force.
• 2nd law- A larger net force acting on an object causes a larger acceleration, and objects with larger mass require more force to accelerate.
• 3rd law- the law of conservation of energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred from one form to another and that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
• Energy is the ability to do work
• Work done = force x distance moved by object
• Gravity


  A force that pulls other objects towards a centre (typically a planet or other body)
