  The 1st time we meet Rosie (Kirsty Oswald), we learn about her gap year and adventures in Europe. Oswald creates x by evoking sympathy. She speaks directly to the audience to create intimacy and it is almost as though she has a 'special relationship' with the audience as she narrates.

  Directors Geordie Brookman and Scott Graham create a range of powerful X in Things I Know To Be True and take the audience on an emotional rollercoaster from sympathy to tension to sadness as we see their lives unfold.
