    • Strength: Specific characteristics of the business that offer an advantage over competitors and are helpful to achieve objectives
    • Weakness: Limit performance and could represent an obstacle in achieving objectives, so new solutions should be found to eliminate or improve them
    • Opportunities: External conditions to improve performance or can be capitalized/exploited
    • Threats: External conditions and situations that could hinder performance, so ways of defending against them can be explored

    To be unique from others, separate from competitors, and attract customers

    1. Solid procedures and policies that the business follows

  • Input-Process-Output (IPO)
    As future entrepreneurs, you can identify the materials and procedures using IPO: Input (ingredients, materials needed to make product), Process (methods to make product), Output (the product itself)
