  Why it happens?

  Fear of being replaced → fear that changes are putting an employee’s job at risk, or limiting their career opportunities (robots replacing humans)

  Fear of the new → new technologies may seem intimidating, and learning new skills may be daunting

  Stability → some employees simply like the way things are
