  Found since 1880, majority were from South and East of Europe
• K- President Woodrow WIlson believed in nativism. Wrote book comparing old and new immigrants and focused on evils of catholics and Jews.
• A - Many believed immigrants were threat to the American Way. Intellectuals wrote books on the threat and pressured the government. KKK grew due to racism and cause 100 percent Americanism.
