The Treaty of Bucharest

• This treaty was signed on 10th August 1913 by Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Montenegro and Serbia
• Bulgaria lost most of its recent territorial gains:

  • The majority was surrendered to Greece and Serbia, the latter of which almost doubled in size
  • Romania was given a small amount of territory in Northern Bulgaria in recognition for its part in the fighting
