These rules can be explicit, which means some of them are written, and implicit rules that are simply understood
culturaldimensions: was invented by Hofstede to discussing and comparing on shared beliefs and values between the culture
Individualistic culture: when the individual has looser ties with the members, tend to act independently driven by their personal goals
Collectivistic culture: when members have a strong bonds with their social groups and emphasize group loyalty and co-operation with others
