A state in which an individual is unable to functionmorally and without pain.
Ill-health can be the presence of something negative like a disease or the
absence of sometime positive like adequate nutrition.

Disease is a diagnosticlabel given to a set or signs and symptoms. It is usually
long-term and can result from injuries, accidents or infections. Examples of
disease include coronary heart disease and Alzheimer’s disease.

Physical symptoms such as headaches, stomach problems, anxiety and
depression as a result of short or long-termexposure to stressors which
include work, finances or family problems. Stress can impact the body
