• Define values

  Beliefs about what is right and wrong behaviour. Shapes our understanding of how we should behave. E.g. we strive for wealth, we value good health
• Define norms

  Socially accepted standards of behaviour that are unwritten and implied in society. E.g. don't push in at a bus queue
• Define Mores

  Essential norms that society need to maintain order. E.g. not drink driving, do not murder
