  • Believes faith communities have much to contribute to positive community life.
• CHRISTIAN-MUSLIM FORUM:

  • Aims to help Christians and Muslims live and work together (2008).
• CHRISTIAN-MUSLIM FORUM:

  • Members want to be faithful to religion, but still grow understanding of other religions (believe this’ll benefit community + society).
• COUNCIL OF CHRISTIANS + JEWS:

  • Members believe understanding each other benefits communities + society (established 1942).
• COUNCIL OF CHRISTIANS + JEWS:

  • Organises meetings between Christian + Jews.
  • Provides opportunities for change within the community.
  • Celebrate ps history + diversity of both communities.
• INTER-FAITH COUNCIL FOR WALES (three aims):

  • Advance public knowledge + understanding of faith communities in Wales.
  • Promote good relations between faith groups.
  • Promote awareness of similarities and differences between faiths.
