  • Makes the laws
  • 2/3 vote overrides veto (Executive)
  • Has to approve justices (Judicial)
• Judicial Branch:

  • Interprets the laws
  • Can declare a law unconstitutional (Legislative)
  • Can declare an act to be unconstitutional (Executive)
