    Must be made of wood, metal or other approved material, must be square, rectangular, round or elliptical in shape and must not be dangerous to players, the distance between the post is 7.32 m(8 yds) and the distance from the lower edge of the crossbar to the ground is 2.44m (8 ft)

    Place three cones on the ground in a triangle, 2 feet apart, dribble between the cones using all surface of your feet, use quick touches to secure the ball around the cones in a controlled pattern
  • Juggling Drill
    Hold the ball with both hands and drop it to the ground, use one foot to tap it up so that you can catch it with hand, start again and tap with your foot two times before catching it, continue to increase the number of times tapping it before catching it, alternate feet during the practice session
  • 3 Player Passing Drill
    Position 3 players about 3 feet apart in one line, the player in the middle will pass the ball to another player and pass it back to the middle player, repeat with the other player, continue for a few minutes and switch positions
  • Wall Drill
    Using a wall, kick the ball with one foot off the wall and receive with the other foot, when receiving, practice ball control or trap the ball using the inside of the foot, outside of the foot or instep to stop the ball, repeat up to 10 repetitions and then use the other foot
  • One-pass Shooting Drill
    Place one player outside the penalty area and another to the side of the goal, player at the side of the goal passes to the other player, this player receives the ball and taps it in front to take and then shoots, shooter should work on solid and accuracy, switch position and repeat the drill
