  psychotic disorder, break from reality at least 2 symptoms for at least 1 month
• postive symptoms
• hallucinations - sensory experiences without external stimuli (hearing voices)
• delusions - false beliefs that are not based on reality or evidence
• disorganized speech - disconnected thoughts with no logical flow
