Fluid Components

• Intracellular fluid is contained inside of a cell (cytosol).
• Extracellular fluid is fluid outside of the cell. It is made up of plasma and interstitial fluid.
• Plasma is the fluid part of the blood.
• Intercellular fluid is the fluid which bathes the cell.
